The embryos are cultured in temperature, humidity controlled Co₂ buffered Medias, which are nothing but the nutritive broth containing aminoacids, proteins, glucose, lactate, pyruvate, bicarbonate etc. These medias are similar to the fluid content of the fallopian tube and uterus. From the air quality to the nutritive media all the parameters are kept almost equivalent to the mother’s womb; so that the embryos are not only in the healthy environment, but also once transfer to mother’s womb they are in the familiar environment.
